Terminologia fashion – Cos’è una jumpsuit?
Una jumpsuit è una tuta intera, nella quale parte superiore ed inferiore si uniscono. Per intenderci, non è la classica tuta sportiva, ma un capo chic che può essere indossato in diverse occasioni. Nera a mezze maniche in ufficio, in seta scollata sulla schiena per una serata elegante, smanicata in fantasia floreale per un pomeriggio di shopping con le amiche. La jumpsuit è un capo davvero versatile, che con i giusti accessori può caratterizzare un outfit personalissimo e sofisticato.
Quale modello di jumpsuit scegliere?
Benchè la jumpsuit, o tuta intera, sia un capo versatile, occorre scegliere il modello più adatto alla propria conformazione fisica ed utilizzare alcuni accorgimenti per potenziarne il fascino. Se avete spalle atletiche da nuotatrice, optate per una jumpsuit con corpetto senza spalline. Valorizzate una silhouette a clessidra con un modello che sottolinei il punto vita. Potete stemperare fianchi pronunciati con pantaloni scampanati dal ginocchio. Indossatele con tacchi alti per slanciare la figura, o con cardigan oversize se avete scelto un modello troppo attillato. Le jumpsuit più cool di questa stagione hanno stampe vistose, maniche a kimono, pantaloni scampanati e colori accesi. Hello sweeties, today let’s talk of the jumpsuit, one of the hottest SS2015 fashion trends. Fashion vocabulary – What is a jumpsuit? A jumpsuit is a full body suit, in which the top and bottom are joined. To be clear, it’s not the classic sporty-suit, but a chic item that can be donned on different occasions. A black short-sleeved one for the office, silk and back-less for an elegant evening, sleeveless and floral for an afternoon of shopping with friends. How to choose the most flattering model? Although the jumpsuit is a versatile garment, I suggest you should choose the model that best suits your body shape and use some tricks to enhance its charm. If you have “swimmer” shoulders, opt for a jumpsuit with strapless bodice. Enhance an hourglass silhouette with a model that emphasizes the waist-line. You can disguise conspicuous hips with flared pants from the knee. Wear jumpsuits with high heels to elongate the figure, or with oversized cardigans if you don’t feel comfortable rocking a second-skin model.
